Criminal disputes

Our company offers legal services in criminal cases. Our company employs members of the Georgian Bar Association, including lawyers specializing in juvenile justice. Lawyers are also specialized in juvenile justice and therefore have the right to represent minor accused/convict/witness/victim.

A criminal lawyer offers the following services:

Defending the interests of the accused/convict – means full legal services and protection of the interests of the accused in law enforcement bodies and courts. In particular, when conducting investigative actions, during proceedings in all instances of the court.

A visit to a detainee/accused/convicted person – involves a one-time service, and in this case the lawyer checks the legal status of the detainee in the detention center and penitentiary institution (prison). Visiting services for the detainee in the temporary detention center may be provided at any time of the day, 24 hours a day.

Protecting the interests of the accused/convicted person when entering into a plea agreement – means protecting the rights of the accused/convicted person when entering into a plea agreement with the prosecutor’s office. Our lawyers will advise you about the plea agreement, inform you of your rights and the expected consequences after entering into the plea agreement. The service includes the stage of negotiation, its conclusion and representation by the court during the conclusion of a plea agreement.

Representation of the witness/victim – refers to the protection of the rights of the witness, the victim and the alleged victim in the investigative bodies and in court. This includes attending the investigative action, including during the inquiry, as well as providing legal services in investigative bodies, the prosecutor’s office and the court at the stage of the investigation and before the investigation, by submitting complaints and statements.
